Godaddy India — Payment deducted but not accepted for the respected motive

An UPI payment of 1073 rs was done via paytm on 14th june 12.23pm to GoDaddy for renewal and stuff through UPI reference ID:[protected]
but the amount was deducted and the my service wasnt fulfilled despite this, i would like a refund for the above
