Godaddy India — Refund not received

Hi, I am cancel web hosting account after clarifying refund procedure from their customer support.I cancel my hosting account on 19-Nov-2013 (one year delux plan) request no:21258947 .Still also not getting refund .I am called several time to their customer care getting different answer, when i ask to transfer call to supervisor, they reply now thair is no supervisor available.I a feel very bad customer support from godaddy.
