Goderej — money debited

I have ordered a product named airclick car freshener from the above mentioned company websites on 14/12/2019. And it immediately debited money from the bank account of rs. 149. Etc... Using sbi net banking. But the website always shows that in their orders menu " there is not recently placed orders.
I have called their customer care executives so many times for telling the query and they always says that send the mini statements of the money debited transactions, so that i have mailed the same statements so many times. Till then there is no response from the goderej customer care. They do not pick the phones now. Always says busy..
