Godrej And Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited — no resolution of your complaint no. b[protected]

We have lodged complaint no. B[protected] with godrej.
After 24 hours it is not resolved.
On complaint call, which is recorded for your internal purpose, we were given assurance that we will receive call in 4 hours & the complaint will get resolved in maximum 24 hours.
The call never came. The complaint was never resolved.
On follow up we were given numbers of supervisors as below & we were asked to follow up with them ("service 1"):
Supervisor 1 :-[protected] - who picked up call & told that he has resigned. We informed the same to call center ("service 2")
Supervisor 2 :-[protected] - who after numerous calls only picked up the call once, & informed us that he cannot assure the technicians visit, he can only inform the technician that such complaint is received.
We have paid rs. 3421/- for our amc no 2152353, which included cost of call center. Service center is supposed to provide service to the customers & follow up on their complaints. Otherwise you can directly upload technician's contact number on website & close down the call center. This would have reduced the consideration paid by us for the amc.
After all this our complaint is still not resolved.
In your feedback form there is no option for technician not showing up.
We have also provided our services to godrej as mentioned in "service 1" & "service 2"
You have failed to perform your part of contract.
We demand compensation for breach of the contract & for the "service 1" & "service 2" provided by us to godrej.
