Godrej Appliances — Need permanent solution

I purchased GFE25T2 model on 31/1/11 I have been receiving consistent problem as it was under warrantee I would complain when the fridge stopped working they would rectify, but after warrantee period I was forced to enter AMC as it used to stop all of a sudden, I havethedatei. Details... Every time tis happens I have to find new hours help to store my food items, which is really causing agony. I need permanent solution very year when this happens the technician change the timer. I need permanent solution. This time in a year two timer has been changed... After paying for the machine, and for tha AMC too, why should I bear the brunt of handling tis defective fridge. Pl. send an technician to solve the matter permanantly
