[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — non-response to the repeated complaints

My semi auto washing machine ws 800pds/ 8.0 k. G. - gold sprinkle purchased on 10.08.2016 vide invoice no. Bbs/sa/1617/04225 dt 10.8.16, needs immediate replacement of the knob... Which i had reported to the service centre/ company executive and to the head office...
About one dozen mails were given/ about 50/60 telephonic reminders were sent...
But no response till today even after elapse of about two months...
If this is the response to the complaint during the warranty period; what to expect beyond the service period from the company?

Updated by PramodRath After series of repeated requests, the company sent one service person who came and replaced the KNOB of the washing machine...but charged Rs.50/ from me and issued one receipt for the same...
But, as per the SMS received by the company it is only 25/...
Then why this difference and what about the double charge?
