[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — non-response to the repeated complaints | |||||
My semi auto washing machine ws 800pds/ 8.0 k. G. - gold sprinkle purchased on 10.08.2016 vide invoice no. Bbs/sa/1617/04225 dt 10.8.16, needs immediate replacement of the knob... Which i had reported to the service centre/ company executive and to the head office... About one dozen mails were given/ about 50/60 telephonic reminders were sent... But no response till today even after elapse of about two months... If this is the response to the complaint during the warranty period; what to expect beyond the service period from the company?
