I am writing to file a complaint regarding the fraudulent behavior of one of your salespeople. I recently purchased fridge accessories from this individual, and they took my money but have failed to deliver the product or return the funds. It has been over two months, and I have made numerous attempts to contact this salesperson without success.
Furthermore, I recently purchased a refrigerator from your company and had some issues that needed to be addressed. The salesperson promised to come and inspect the problems the following day, but they never showed up and have not responded to my attempts to contact them.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this lack of professionalism and integrity. I expect better from a company like yours, and I demand that immediate action be taken to address this situation and resolve the matter.
