It took 7 days for the service centre (Smart Tech, Kochi) to fix the problem of our washing machine that also several phone calls to the company's toll free number and the service centre.
Now I feel that the service centre has overcharged me. When the technician has given the bill, he has written the spare part (which he has replaced in the w/machine) as "spin motor" and charged Rs. 2018/-. When I asked for the product code he cancelled "spin" and written "wash motor" in the invoice. Further the product code/product name/price portion of the packet has been removed and as such I cannot verify whether they have replaced spin motor or wash motor and they have charged me correctly. Further, I had a bad experience with another service centre earlier where they did charge me more and I have got the refund after complaining to the company. Was this information helpful? |
