Godrej Properties — Non refund of EOI

This is in connection with godrej ascend project, thane. I am Ashish sarode.
We had paid EOI, however we did not feel interested IN THE PROJECT after seeing sample flat, and also since I was assured a approx 1100 carpet jodi, while paying EOI, it was later denied during sample flat showing, i emailed and paid form for refund of EOI. It was claimed that refund would be paid within 14 days of filling form and informing, however it is almost 30 days, there is no refund. Also we do not get any meaning ful answer.
