[Resolved] Godrej Properties — Please refund 1 lac booking amount without further delay

Godrej properties executive approached me for godrej24 in hinjewadi for which he said i need to do rtgs of 1 lac for booking amount and if in case i will be not interested then whole amount will be refunded in a weeks time. I requested him to initiate refund on 28th april itself, since then i haven't received the refund. Every time when i contact him he says in couple of days it will be done. It's been long time please refund my money directly in my account below. Priority no assigned to me was : b808. I have also emailed at customercare. The possession of Tivoli M is delayed by 3 years. During the delay we never had been informed about the reasons for delay. It shows lack of transperency from Godrej Properties.
I took possession in May 2017.
I want compensation for delayed possession.
