[Resolved]  Godrej Properties — Refund of initial booking amount

Hi team,

My name is Vicky Desai and I am writing this complaint to get refund of rupees 51000/-.

I went to visit the Godrej Hill Retreat property in Pune-Mahalunge where the sales team showed us the Godrej Medows 2. I was with my family and we liked the flats.

However we were not 100% sure on the decision to buy the flat. We asked for some time from the sales team.

However the sales team showed us some posters that price is going to rise from tomorrow and said you need to book the flat unit today only in order to get advantage of the lower price.

We were totally confused but the sales team rushed us to make the payment the same night. I made a payment of rupees 51000/-.

Due to some personal reasons, we decided to cancel the booking in next few days. We informed the sales team that we need to cancel the booking and do not want to go ahead with purchase and agreement.

However, the sales team said the booking amount is non refundable.

I am following up with the sales team for refund but they are denying the refund stating the policy.

I need urgent help.
