Goetc.in — Car cleaning service not started

This GOETC.in company having address in bangalore provides different services. I approached them for my car cleaning service at jaipur in rajasthan and made payemtn of rs.1550 through paytm on 22/03/23 details attached. But till date it has not been started and two months back they told they would refund the amount as they are incapable to start service. But till date I have not received my amount.
