Goetc company is fraud. They are approaching through Apna complex ads and they take money . I booked for subscription for car cleaning at my doorstep, they approved after taking Rs 1650/- and postponed it from 10th February to 20th February, and finally they said are unable to provide service and will process the refund. However no action taken for refund even till date. It been more than 2 weeks and there's no sign of the refund.
Now Goetc stopped responding to my WhatsApp messages. Feeling cheated. Please help. Was this information helpful? | 
A lady named Anupama receives the call when we call up the customer care and just gives us false assurance that refund will be processed but it never happens.
Its a bunch of 3rd class cheap goons running this fraud business.. We all must take up time to meet the commissioner of Bangalore in person and report this fraud as its a massive scam . They are cheating people on a daily basis .
