Gofirst — Refund of airline cancelled ticket not received

My trips from Delhi to Leh and return vide PNR's D39D2Y & VH4LUE for the flights in May and June 2023 were cancelled by Go First airline due to bankruptcy but the refunds have still not received, despite various reminders.
