Golden Vacation — Harassed us and asked to pay more

While we took a trip to north east. We clearly mentioned we are looking for non veg hotels, which they failed to provide. Later they say, take your own food, and reduce the same from package payment. Also, because of landslide which happened even before trip started, they did not inform us. On the night before they shifted us to another small city, but forced us to live in lodge type hotel. On the last day they asked the cab driver to vanish and run away till we pay the bill, since they knew we have a flight. Harassed and abused us to forcefully pay or otherwise miss the flight. The person incharge refused to accept that we had paid for our food and trip to nathu la was cancelled because of the company. Moreover more than the money, it is the harassment that we cannot forget and still gives us nightmares. The trip was booked from delhi, in the name of sarita ahluwalia
