Real cheat company to start my sentence as tgey fail to provide the resirts mentioned in their booklets... They claim ti privude sumilar iptuins whucg are 50 to 70 percent less expensive... They only show expensive resorts in their booklets snapshots i have taken... During taking their membership... Advance hotel booking request as per agreement is required 15 days period during peak period 20th d3c to 10 jan. Now on 18th oct i gave them request for hotel booking for 21st to 23rd oct. They are telling to give request 30 to 45 days in advance. Horrible experienceandamansk them to refund my membership fees rs80000 and cancel my membership if cannot deliver the service. Membership no. Glihm/1479 for referencegiven request in email to book lalit golf and spa, goa for 3 days from 15th jan to 18th jan 2019. Request given to [protected]@goleisureinternational.com (Pune branch as vashi branch told me to contact there although membership was taken from vashi branch) pune branch executive assured me to confirm the resort lalit golf and spa in jan but asked me to give gentle reminder in 1st week od dec 2018. Now again i was told to choose from much cheaper options which is not worth, why above resort cannot be confirmed for jan 2019 for 3 days mentioned as the above resort was mentioned in goleisure booklet while i took their membership. Is it only to trap the customers to show these resorts and while it come to book these resorts, giving much cheaper options as if we are fools, so needful to be done on priority. This is fraud Company with only to cheat you...After taking money they do not serve the customers... Beware..Never sign the agreement on first day..Take xerox of it... then after seeing all pros- cons only decide...?? As this Company has not having any hotel/ resort of its own.. no ethics ...They promises a lot, but fail to perform As "Cheating" is The Main Aim
