Hi - This is to bring to your kind notice that on 03/4/23 we have placed the Richfeel Calandula Soap and payment of Rs 934.48 has been made thru gpay, But Fistcry confirmed that the payment not received and cancelled the order 20526012VWC870144C

But the amout got debited from my account and my saving account bank also confirmed thru written that the payment has been credited to the firstcry.

Even after the bank confirmed firstcry has confirmed the payment not received,
Hence i requested to kindly look into this and do the needful
