[Resolved] Gonoise.com — neckband earphone is not working.

I have purchased it in august 2019 and its one earphone is not working, not giving any output it is totally off. I have used this neckband hardly 10-15 days, even in 10-15 days this is the condition of the product. And the second problem is when i call someone at that time volume is too low then for the high volume i use the phone to rise the volume level.

Hi team,

This is regarding Gonoise X3 shots in which i am facing a problem that left earbud is not connecting with right one. In one time only one earbud is working.

Please do the needful.
