Gonoise.com — Newly ordered ColorFit Pro 3 smartwatch not working

I have ordered ColorFit Pro 3 smartwatch but when I opened it and try to start I does not work. I tries many time by pressing start button but nothing happen. I want full refund for this.
Even when I call service center, they ask for invoice which we can download from their website. When I was trying to download invoice, it says wrong product ID although my product id was absolutely right.
So how I will replace the product or get refund.
Its totally fraud with the consumers.
