Has i have complained to them but they are not responding to me. The left side earbud has low volume compare to the right one. That is so disappointing after paying this much amount and they send defective products. And there customer service is horrible. I'm so pissed off please replace it. hi. I nought a noise shotsx1 its working fine for a 3 minths properly but now started to give problems likely the volume is very low that with full sound quality i cant able to listen clearly
