Hey i ordered for the above mentioned product ie noise shots x5 charge from its online store gonoise.com.
I placed the order on 19/08/2019 and i got it delivered by 24/08/2019.
When i checked the item the left earbud wasnt working correctly and not even pairing with the other one.
I tried to contact their customer care services but no ones answering. I also send them messages into their complaint box and also mailed them 3 times to their mail id for a return/replacement. And yet there is no response from the gonoise team.
All i need is a return/replacement for my product and i need it asap Was this information helpful? |
They asked me to return the product .they will replace it.now its almost a month gone and they are not responding .
I losy my money as well as watch too
Now either i want my watch replaced or refund.
I had hardly use it 2 days
