Google India / Tez — money debited from my account but not credited in other's account | |
I have made a transaction of 700 rupees on october 21st 2019 on google pay. Here the problem is money debited from my account as well as not credited in my friend account. From 9 days google pay is showing transaction is still in process only, i send complaint to google pay to report the problem but they are not responding to my query, please solve this problem as soon Was this information helpful? | |

I won diwali stamp offer yesterday. in google pay..but rs 251 has not been credited to my account and also it is missing from reward section.i have contacted their customer care executives but still no reply and no action taken
I tried a transaction in Google pay. And my money get debited still not reaching the recipient. And still money is not get refunded. They looted my money like this 2 nd time.

I have a made a transaction on sept 14 @ 8:36 pm using google pay.The amount has debited and not credited to recipients account. When i contact them they are not give any deadline when the money will be refunded.Even after more than one month my issue was not resolved.Please help me with this regard.
