Google Pay — Amount debited but not credited in receiver account | |
Hi team, Today i done transaction of 35k via google pay by transferring money to receiver bank account. After making transaction i get to know that it will get credited by 7th july 2020 to receiver account. I have to buy something very urgently & because payment is stuck so i cannot do buy that. When i am checking status in google pay of my transaction it it showing that money is pending in holding account. Why it is in holding account?? It should get transferred to receiver account. Is google pay earning i interest on my money by keeping it in holding account? If this thing takes that much long time then google pay application should inform me by giving notification prior making transaction. I am stuck badly & i hav to buy something urgent. There is no customer care active for google pay wherein i can talk. Request you to kindly contact google pay to initiate this transaction asap or refund my money. If i am making payment digitally it should get transferred immediately. What is the meaning of digital if it has to take 5-7 days. Holding it for 5-7 days is of no help for customer. I am attaching current status showing in google pay along with upi of the transaction. If more information is needed kindly let me know.
