Hi, My gopaisa account id is : [protected]@gmail.com I had requested for redemption of by cashback towards recharge of my videocon dth account for rs. 2850/- on 26th nov 2018. The same is not done still and there is no response in spite of repeated followups. A ticket was raised in their site on 1st december and they closed it without resolving - ticket no 71146. Another ticket to resolve the same was raised on 7th december and problem is not resolved inspite of followup - ticket no 71341. Screen shots of the same is attached as images.
