Sir,
I have done my booking with id no. Rdbn4326 your hotel mentioned as above but when i was reaching found my booking was cancelled. How it is possible when i have not cancelled my booking. This is very serious issue for me because my family with me when i just reach over there.

I listened already oyo staff and oyo company is very good and very nice professional regarding the hotel but scenario and perception has been change after happened this activity.in future i never recommended anybody to go through booking of your hotel.

Requested to you may please taken necessary action and communicate to me for the same to avoid any mis happenings in future.
