Inquired through their website for hair extention for wedding . all details they asked but the lady did not tell her name . she shared photo for selection of type of hair and length i selected for myself and sister wavy black and wavy dark brown, cost was exorbitant but they said it is natural and they will customize as per our hair. all photos were sent . they also shared photos and videos but only upper part of hair the bottom of the hair was not shown . but deceptive videos were shared. she said she is from Goregaon . one man named Farhan supposed to be owner of multiple saloons delivered and said he visited personally as it was cod of part payment. he demonstrated and that time only we said it is not matching our requirement. but he said if we apply water and style it it will match our hair. and he left in a hurry. that night we checked and it was completely different and lifeless and under no circumstances we could use the same for wedding. we purchased from local shop and used which costed only 500 rs and immediately next day raised concern and asked for refund for cheating us with fraudulent products with the same lady . at that time only she shared the photo of the product that she packed and sent and not before . this is cheating . the man who visited mentioned the name of the lady as shrushti . she started lying that she has customized as per our requirement but the hair delivered was was horrible and lifeless and not at all customized. i asked for refund we have been cheated and the very pupose o[censored]sing it for the marriage could not happen . we also shared the photos of what we brought and wore for the wedding. we want refund of 24000 charged by gorgeous hair as they have cheated us by showing fraudulent photos and videos and charged 3 times higher than what their competive saloons offer for the same natural hair her no is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. the name of the person who delivered is [protected]
