Like Andhra Pradesh where they arranged for Artificial Rains, Tamil Nadu also can arrange for Artificial Rains, especially in Chennai because there are many water problems in some areas, even posh areas also. This will be very useful to avoid water problems in Chennai since for the past 2 years there were no proper rains so there is scarcity of water in Chennai. Not only in Chennai, there are many places in TN suffering water scarcity problem.
