[Resolved]  GMADA, Mohali , Punjab — NON ALLOTMENT OF COMMERCIAL PLOT TO OUSTEE --VILAGE BAKARPUR

Despite putting an application to obtain information under the RTI , I am not being given the requisite information. My complaint pertains to to non allotment of Commercial Plot in lieu of monetary compensation against 1 Acre of acquired land .This 1 Acre relates to Khatauni 67/68 and Khasra No 69/14 , village Bakarpur acquired by GMADA for Aero City.When the land was acquired this particular Acre was under litigation and on 27 Jan 2011 as per the Court Judgement , the title of this 1 Acre was declared in name of Deepinder Singh. Copy of Revenue Record verifying the same was provided to GMADA. Same was submitted to the Land Acquisition Officer vide Reciept No 669 dated 03/2/11 . It is learnt that the case is now lying with the Secretary Housing in the Main Secretariat Pb Govt as sent by the Land Acquisition Officer vide receipt No 519 dated 30/5/13.No progress of the case is there since last one year.

This issue can be challenged before the High court and the directions can be issued to the GAMADA/ PUDA who have acquired your land. Under the Oustee quota as per the scheme they will allot you the site accordingly. this kind order has been done by the High court against the HUDA.
