[Resolved]  HelpsignUIDAI.gov.in - Aadhar Card Not Yet Received — Aadhar card not yet received even after 1 year of enrollment

Respected Sir / Madam,

My family members (total 4) enrolled for aadhar card on 26th Nov 2011, in Raigarh, Chhastisgarh - 496001 by Enrolment Agency .
But till date we have received only for 2 members in my family except me and my son. Kindly arrange to send the details at the earliest.
The details are as follows, Please check and do the needful.
