[Resolved]  Petbasheerabad Police Station — Police not filing case

Respected Sir,

This is to bring to your kind attention that the compound wall abutting our Gangasthan gated community adjoining Dulapalli village is damaged by a resident called Sai Baba s/o Swami of our community. We have a common entry / exit point to our community manned by security personnel 24/7 and to prevent unauthorized entry we have recently spent a lot of money to close all the patches to our community compound walls. He has broken the wall and erected a gate without informing or obtaining permission from the Gangasthan Resident Welfare Association. We have spoken to him but he has ignored our requests.

We filed a complaint in Petbasheerabad PS in Feb 2013 regarding the same but they have not taken any action yet. We have also tried negotiating this with local leaders and gram panchayat officials who have no jurisdiction over this issue but to no avail. Our only option left is to take this matter to the court of law. We would appreciate if appropriate action is taken for the safety of the residents.
