Sail.co.in — balance deducted but form not successful done

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have the similar problem like stated above. Balance got deducted but the same is not reflecting in my form. and I am worried if I will end up with an incomplete form due to this.. Neither that amount is credited back to my account.
