Subject-Not allowed to apply for primary teachers vacancies

Sir,
I am a residence of farrukhabad in UP,and a graduate(B.Sc.) also having two year diploma in elementary teacher training(ETT),which is required qualifications to apply in such jobs ,but UP government has allowed BEd holders saying that there is lack of trained students having such diploma but not allowed us which is totally unfair to my kinds of candidates.
My humble request to you that kindly make required changes in notice delivered by education boared so that I may also apply for the same.
