Grabhouse — non payment of rent, non settlement o[censored]tility bills and damage to the property

My house at sector 61, noida was rented out to this fraud company with highly incompetent and high headed employees. They served me a notice of off-boarding on 16th october 2018 mentioning that my property would be off-boarded wef 15th november 2018 against the agreed notice period of two months. The have not paid me any rent after the month of september 2018.in fact they never paid me rent on time and never provided occupancy details despite repeated requests. Their tenants damaged my property and still have the electronic lock keys distributed to their tenants and even maid too which is a serious security threat. Many of the keys have still not been returned to me and the premises remains in their possession till date. I had given a proposal to settle everything but as usual there is no response from this fraud company. I ma planning to initiate legal action the company and its employees. If there are victims of this fraud company, we can join hands and collectively take against them.
