[Resolved] Grablon.com — Payment not received but order cancelled 2 month above. | |||||
I purchased rechargeable Torch on[protected] &[protected] but some reason they are cancelled by website. These order are prepaid but my payment not refund me till now. I contact to customer care ([protected]) lots of time but they say already payment refunded to me. But I can't receive my money and I provided My Bank statement of 07 July 2016 to 24 Sep. 2016 to mail ID- [protected]@grablon.com & [protected]@grablon.com.
