I rented one cooler few days back and the pump stopped working in just 5 days .Also they delivered some cheap local quality cooler but in the advertisement it was a branded one.
Even after complaining several times, I did not receive any technical help whereas they kept saying that they will be sending a technician soon. But as before nothing as such happened.
Will surely never recommend anyone to rent from this site.

They r big cheater and shameless too. I booked air cooler for 1 months. By their cheating they made it for 2 months without my knowledge. When time came to return the amount they told me to pay for another 1 month otherwise security deposit will not be refunded.
They r really shameless. The delivery person from grabonrent confirmed that I booked for 1 month but customer care is not ready to accept that they have done mistake

Got air-cooled on purchase from grabonrent.
The price was lower than brand new, so I thought to give a try.
They dropped air cooler without any inspection sheet or user manual.
I filled water in the cooler and to my shock, the blower was blowing water along with air. I was wet in few seconds.
Called customer care; they said it cannot be replaced or amount cannot be refunded. I threatened them to go to consumer court. They were not bothered.
Raised service request; they said issue will be fixed by service person.Furst they said 24 hrs and then 48 hours .
I asked them for receipt for purchase. They said have sent email notification. When asked for proper invoice with GSTIN number etc. They said they do not have.
It means the company is fraud, doing dodgy business, and sells substandard product to cheat people.
I will go to consumer court and social media to expose them.

I completely understand that the delay in refunding the security deposit has led to an upsetting experience. It should not have been delayed in the first place. Such delays are highly unlikely to have taken place due to negligence and can be attributed towards a technical glitch or miscommunication at a certain level.
I believe the refund was finally settled by 28th July.
We'll strive towards avoiding any such situation further. Hope to see you renting from us again very soon.
