I samreen afza would like to make a complaint towards grace blood bank in ganganagar bangalore. My brother is suffering from dengue fever and he was required to transfuse the platelets. We took our donor and got the platelets extracted through sdp and after extraction the lab attended unnecessarily was delaying the delivery of the platelets and then he had actually taken some quantity without informing us.
