Grand Motors at Thrissur is managed by unprofessional and unqualified technicians resulting which they are not able to diagnose my bike just two years old. It's better Bajaj Pune interferes and see that they have well qualified people to satisfy the customers.
I had even sent a mail to Bajaj Pune, they didn't reply after waiting for one week. But more u expect from the dealer.
Please Bajajaj Auto, if you don't want to lose your market share, please accelerate now atleast

They never reply to any of the customer queries.
We have to take up the matter with the concerned government authority if we find the after-sales-service is poor.
Manufacturer is answerable if the dealer service is poor.
