Grand Tourio — fake commitment

Dear sir, i bought grand tourio package on 4th mar 18, grand tourio team given me lots of fake commitment (Ravina and team) for ex:-i have paide the amount from indusind bank and icici bank credit card and they promised me they will provide me emi facilities with zero roi and they promised about air frier, both are the fake promised now i was trying to connect to ravina and all contact numbers are fake, when i discussed with customer care of grand tour they told me contact to ravina even they are not agree to cancel my membership, please suggest what i need to do???
