With reference to above subject, i shailesh vadher husband of apeksha vadher would like to inform you that we have purchased membership with company name grand tourio
Holiday solutions private limited (Gthspl) on 13th nov 2018.
I got a call from their tele calling team stating that we have won a 2 night 3 day stay in their hotel and to collect the prize and for that we need to visit their thane office where we need to attend a 30-45 minute presentation. We decide to visit the office to collect the prize. There we were called into a room and the sales persons named gaurav & sayali kadam begun to explain the membership details. We were told that the 3 years membership come with benefits like 5 star hotels at a cheaper rate whenever we plan to travel for vacation and a lot of other benefits like monthly movie tickets (2 nos.), annual family dinner in a 5 star hotel (2 times), summer camp for kids, 4 nos. Event passes etc.
We were convinced to buy their membership plan and hence we took the membership for rs.85000/- for 3 years and the payment is made from my bank credit card.
As they have mentioned that every month we will get 2 movie tickets, for that i have mail for movie ticket for 2 to 4 times, first we were not getting any response and also called to them they said they were having some server problem, so movie ticket cannot be issued. Again after 3 to 4 month i called them for movie ticket again there is no response from them.
Also while taking membership their sales person told us that with in 45 days you get your membership kit and a free gift i. E. Oven or oil friar. Now its all the most 15 months completed i have not received any membership kit or any gift. So many times i called to sayali and gaurav but they were not replying to my call and even i called to their office from there also i am not getting any response.
Also, they mentioned that we can reimburse movie ticket and dinners that we already taken due to unavailability of their services.
We started taking benefits from the very month like movie tickets and annual family dinner, but after a certain time, their sales & support team is not helping us and not picking up calls and started avoiding us.
I request you to please take a strike action against the company and all the sales person who fools to the common middle class people. Also request you to help me getting my money of rs. 85000/- which i had paid to this fraud company.
