I had visited grand tourio office in thane with husband on 27.11.17 and after spending more than an hour we got convinced and liked the offer which was for that day only as they completed five year said by the representative. We paid the advance of rs.10, 000/- bearing receipt no. 1217 through debit card and they were suppose make hdfc credit card for rest amount due.
After that day we never received a call nor sms regarding the same. Infact we had to follow up and were tired calling those numbers provided by you.
Mr. Anshuman tiwari was really helpful at the time of buying the offer. After that we called him several times he did'nt answer the call. We also requested mr. Harish negi (Senior person) for the refund and he promised the same would be done, but still nothing worked. Than we had to visit the office and they were requested by us to refund the amount but seems nobody had interest in this matter.
This is the worst service i have ever come across. You were so pleasing at the time showing your product and when the customers invest in you what do you do? Feels you all are fake.
My husband had already given a written application as attached which was acknowledged by them (Grand tourio). It has been almost 7 months and we are tired following up and have no strength left. We work in and out to earn and they have no value for our money. It is not a small amount.
Whenever we visit any mall in thane and see that grand tourio is advertising we curse them and inform other visitors not to believe them.
Really dont know how to get this done. Should we file an fir or expect help from consumer complains.
