Hi,
I, rinku baghel, took membership on 10/03/2018, and paid rs. 75000 as half the amount at their andheri office.
They gave lots of commitments like air fryer, 5 star stay at hotels, free movie tickets every month. Its more than a year now, and i feel cheated by their blatant and unprofessional behavior.
No one picks up the calls, and they send automated mails to every query.
I have not seen movies since last 5 months. They send mails like weekend quota over, changing office location,.. Even for weekdays they are not booking tickets.
Now they say this was for limited offer.
They also gave the agreement copy after 6 months and changed all terms and conditions.
I want to discontinue and get my refund back.
I am a professional and have membership of other privilege clubs and associations.
Because of these people, indian hospitality and tourism gets bad name.
I want every one who is reading this to come forward a lodge complaint against them.
Most of their employees have left. The top management is accountable and they should be put behind bars. Was this information helpful? |
