They called and asked to come to novotel hotel bangalore, then they promised 4-5 star hotels service for 10 years, and charged 1, 16, 000 rs. Now not picking calls, one of the number is already inactive.

please help in getting my money back.

I also paid 1.65 lakh to for the same 10 year membership plan and no one is receiving the call and those who gave the plan left the company and this company ditched us 1 day before our anniversary trip

This company should be punished by the public
Let us take any action towards the company to get our money back

Approach consumer court (can take help of consumer complaint forum).
