I had taken their package for 10 years by making a payment on 1.32 lakhs on December 2022. Out of this they swiped 1.15 lakhs from my credit card saying they are providing 0% EMI. They promised many things in words at the time of booking but none was fulfilled till now.
Tried to point down some of their frauds and tricks they are using to make people fall in their trap-
1. They called us based on car purchase and said they are providing gift vouchers and hi tea at 5 star hotel in Bangalore, I suspect how they get contacts of customers who purchase cars, if they get through car dealers its privacy breach in first place. They are using Tata brand name saying they have tie up with this group, which is criminal offence.
2. In their termination policy they have mentioned that there will be free cancellation within 10 days during which they projected themselves as most customer friendly company with all false promises. Past that when I planned to cancel somewhere in Feb 2023 they are charging administrative charge of 75% of package cost.
3. In Jan 2023, I requested for a trip for which they asked to pay extra 2000 for breakfast upon Annual Membership fee (AMF) of 6999. Which I was not agreeing on but still they sent booking vouchers and considered that under my package which I didn't avail.
4. At the time of booking they said AMF payment is once a year and we can book 4 trips (5D, 4N package) in a year. But later they are saying AMF payment has to be made for each booking which is not mentioned in their terms and conditions.
5. They will use names of all big hotels while booking and provide some 3 star hotels which is far from hotspots saying booking is full in good hotels even if we request for booking a month prior.
6. None of the customer care members respond properly to the customers and always tries to provide some hopeless reasons and not ready to accept they are not fulfilling their promises.

Please help me in filing a case against them so that innocent people doesn't fall in their trap and loose their money. This case should be strong enough to blacklist this company and if possible I can get my money back.
