A senior sales man stating his name somnath das is very rude towards lady customer on 13/8/19 regarding a washing machine at habra branch pin 743263. He was unlike to show any kind of washing machine and saying that the goods are not available very rudely as we the customer s are begged over the counter and there is no manner of communicating with the lady customer very rude disgusting behavior towards lady customer.

I have purchased a new washing machine boush 6kg fully automatic from great eastern ajmer (RAJASTHAN) branch . The door lock is broken . Its been 3 days and the store manager is asking for 1 week time to get a new machine.
