I bought a whirlpool fridge from the great Eastern Dalhousie on saturday[protected]. I was promised confirmed delivery in 3 days with the confirmation of stocks being available.
After 4 days, i was told that the stocks were not available with no defined delivery date.
We kept on calling for an update and every time we were given false promises of the product getting delivered today itself.After the last call the sale person told me to come there and after visiting 3 times they still Telling me to wait and now not receiving any call . The took the amount of 36000 and make the bill but when I asked for a refund after waiting long still not ready to refund and harassing me. It was way unprofessional of them they were rude and misbehaving with costumers. The sales person was also asking me 5000 extra and I gave her but not her phone is off and when I went to the showroom they are not taking any action. Was this information helpful? |
