I have purchased on Godrej eon refrigerator on 6/6/22 vide SO No- DUM/SO2223/01539, dt.[protected] from your shop at Dum Dum Gorabazar.At the time of purchase sales man said that the product will be delivered on 8/6/22 and also provided his mobile number on the bill. On 8/6/22 the product was not delivered and i tried to contact with the sales person but he did not want to talk to me giving excuses that picking of phone inside shop is banned. I asked then why you gave the number ? He did not say any satisfactory answer. After some time one Sonali Dey Dutta called me and enquired and said that the product will be delivered by evening. But it was not get delivered. On 9/6/22 i tried to contact her on her number and called her 7 to 8 times but she did no picked up the call. I called on the number of the shop at leat seven times but none picked up the call. At last one receptionist named Ms Ganguly picked the call and by her reply i initially thought that i have made some mistakes by purchasing goods from the shop. Her reply was such non professional and arrogant that i thought that how u keep such person's in your company? However it very astonishing to say that to contact with the persons of the shop is looking like climbing mountain. I want to say that why bluff was made by sales person regarding delivery of the product. How to contact them? Who will give a satisfactory answer regarding product delivery. Very sorry to say that this behaviour of your staff will bring closure of your shop. Perhaps this is my last visit to your shop and i will suggest other customers not to go to your shop.
