Great Eastern Appliances — Delay of delivery of product and unprofessional attitude of staff

I was purchased a AC from great eastern shop, Saltlake on 16.03.2022 But till now the product is not delivered after several time of store visit and also several time of verbal communication over phone with the staff of the store.
Staffs (including manager) behaviour are also not good.
