I bought a panasonic nnct364 bfdg 23 litre microwave oven on 5th of march 2017 from great eastern kamarhati showroom. They delivered a wrong model (Panasonic nnct265 bfdg 20 litre) 4 days later after various requests from my side. After notifying the error they promised an exchange as soon as possible. But the product has not been replaced yet. It has been 10 days. The behavior of the staffs are very very disappointing. They actually have no manners. The customers care numbers given in the company's website are also not available since last 3 days. Look into the matter asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
