This is to inform with my utter frustration that it's almost 3 weeks now, Great Eastern Kankurgachi is yet to successfully replace one of the LG microwave faulty unit with a good one.
I have purchased one number LG Microwave oven (LG-MJEN-326TL/32 LTR CONV MWO) on 22nd January, 2023 from Great eastern Kankurgachi showroom vide order no KKG/SO2223/08054. The delivered unit appears to be faulty as the front screen of the unit is not transparent the way it should be. A snap of the same is enclosed herewith.
Once reported to Great Eastern Kankurgachi, the sales person Mr Sujoy Kundu arranged replacement. However with my utter surprise the second one also appeared to be with same issue which was also confirmed by LG installation guy.
After that another unit also opened by Sujoy Kundu in front of me at Great eastern KJankurgachi itself found with the similar issue. It's very clear that it's might be a lot/batch issue.
I further escalated the issue with the Great Eastern Show room manager Mr Bhaskar and also with LG customer care but with no avail.
All the commitments by Great eastern so far to rectify the issue for once and all has fallen flat and most unprofessional part from Great Eastern and LG is they are now not bothering even to respond to our call/messages and just ignoring the situation.
We have wasted immense amount of time by staying in home taking leave from office and compromising other outstation commitments just to receive their replacement.
It's absolutely unacceptable the way both Great eastern Kankurgachi branch and LG are dealing with the issue and I demand a compensation in terms of my invested purchase amount plus money value of my time and patience.
