Great Eastern Appliances — misleading of customer and non receipt of insurance certificate | |||
My email to chandannagar branch on today refers. My certificate not yet received which was purchased on 26 jan 19. Also unperlamentary words used by the insurance representative during discussion. Also wrong information given by the bajaj finance representative during purchased. Very bad behaviour, store manager is too bad & rude, don't even know how to treat a customer. Should be changed & also the representative of the Sony electronics is so much unprofessional, Don't even know how to behave with customers . Very bad experience, with my family.
